Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Reggae Shows and reggaeshows.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 16 if you live in the EEA or UK. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you. Some events listed on the site may have their own age limits.

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password secure, and keep one account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@reggaeshows.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

The I and I free plan gives you core features at no cost. Full Vibes is a paid membership that unlocks extra features. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown on the membership page before you buy.

• Automatic renewal: paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Stripe charges your saved payment method.
• Cancel anytime: you can cancel online from the membership page, with no need to contact us. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it will not renew.
• Price changes: we will tell you about any price change in advance, before it applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.
• No refunds: all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused time, and memberships you cancel before the period ends. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. This applies to the fullest extent the law allows. If you think you were charged in error, email info@reggaeshows.com.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may pause or downgrade your paid features until it is fixed.

Show attendance, points, and leaderboards run on trust. Only mark a show as attended if you were really there. Making up attendance, using multiple accounts, or otherwise gaming points or leaderboards may lead to:

• Removal of false attendance records and the points that came with them
• Temporary suspension, usually 7 to 30 days
• Permanent removal if it continues after a warning

Users can report suspected abuse. We review reports and decide what action to take.

You keep ownership of what you post, including event submissions, profile photos, posts, and messages ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt Your Content (for example, resizing photos), only to run, promote, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared with others, such as messages they received, and copies we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

Reggae Shows is about supporting artists and live music. To keep it that way, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate anyone, or post hate speech
• Post sexual content, graphic violence, or anything involving minors in an inappropriate way
• Submit false, misleading, or spam listings, posts, or messages
• Share other people's private information without their permission
• Post content you do not have the rights to
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service with automated tools without our written permission
• Interfere with, probe, or try to get around our security, moderation, or rate limits
• Access another user's account or data without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to sell tickets or goods without our permission

We use automated tools, including AI models, and human review to screen profile photos and content. We may refuse, remove, or limit any content or account that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms. Automated tools can make mistakes. If you think something was removed or rejected in error, email info@reggaeshows.com and a person will review it.

Enforcement: depending on how serious the violation is, we may give a warning, remove content, suspend the account for a period (usually 7 to 30 days), or close the account permanently. For illegal activity, threats, or serious harassment, we may act right away without a warning. You can appeal a decision by emailing us within 30 days of it.

Link ups, massives, and messages help fans connect, and sometimes meet at shows. We do not run background checks on users, and we are not responsible for how users behave on or off the site. If you meet someone in person, meet in public, tell a friend your plans, and trust your instincts.

You can block or stop talking with anyone. Please report anyone who makes you feel unsafe. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first.

Show, tour, festival, venue, and artist information comes from users, public sources, and AI-assisted research. It may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always check details with the official artist, venue, or ticket seller before you make plans or buy anything.

We do not sell tickets. Links to ticket sellers, venues, and other third-party sites are for convenience only. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or services. Listing an artist or event does not mean they endorse Reggae Shows.

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and original text, belongs to Reggae Shows and is protected by intellectual property laws. Artist names, images, and trademarks belong to their owners. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service as these Terms allow. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email info@reggaeshows.com with: your contact details, a description of the work, the link to the content, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, email info@reggaeshows.com. If you have a paid membership, cancel it on the membership page first so it does not renew. We may suspend or close accounts as described in the Moderation section. Sections that by their nature should continue after an account ends will continue, including Your content, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, and Disputes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any show will happen as listed.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reggae Shows and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including canceled or changed shows and interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

If you break these Terms or the law, or your content infringes someone else's rights, you agree to defend and cover Reggae Shows against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email info@reggaeshows.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you live in the EEA or UK, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will give you notice by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any paid membership.
